About Us
Alliance Knit Composite Ltd. is a compliance state of art state of the art 7 tons/day Dyeing and Knitting Factory located in Zirabo, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The plant is equipped with eight branded "Fongs Winches" (HongKong) ranging from 25 kgs to 1200 kgs capable of doing cotton and polyester dyeing under high pressure and temperature insuring best quality dyeing for USA and Europe market. Our finishing lineup includes top of the line machines from Italy origin (Bianco Squeezer), USA origin (Tube Tex Compactor) and Taiwan origin (Tung Yang Dryer). This 80,000 sqft facility is powered by a 1.02 MW Gas Generator from General Electric, USA providing non interrupted power supply. The factory also has a Chemical Effluent Treatment Plant designed to convert the dyed impurities and chemicals into fresh agricultural water thus ensuring a greener future for Bangladesh." The factory also has a 18 knitting machines and 4 collar machines for in-house fabric supply to the dyeing unit. All knitting machines are of Taiwan origin.
