About Ejab
Ejab Alliance Limited was setup with a socio-economic vision of improving the real income of farmers in rural Bangladesh through improving quality of Cattle livestock. Ejab Alliance took the initiative to market Deep Frozen Semen (DFS) that would result in higher breed of cattle. The higher breed will lead to higher milk and meat yield, therefore directly benefiting farmers who own these livestock
Ejab Alliance’s Bull station is based in Singia, Thakkourgoan District. At the heart of the project are 5 (five) 100% pure Australian Holstein Frisian bulls and 2 (two) cross-breed bulls. All these bulls were born and brought up in Bangladesh with Embryo Transfer Technology (ETT).
The project has nearly 200 Para Vets/Artificial Insemination (AI) workers spread all over Bangladesh who are fully active in providing the farmers and rural households with artificial insemination cows and post pregnancy care to improve the quality of their livestock.The AI workers also offer full training to the rural population on livestock hygiene and health.
Ejab Alliance Limited is presently working with Care Bangladesh (who provides rural people to be traned by Ejab Alliance Limited into Para Vets) to achieve its desired goals. Arrangements are also in the process to establish strategic alliance Bangladesh Rural Advancement Committee (BRAC) and other reputed NGOs in the same field.
Socio Economic Aspect
The project will contribute in increasing the income of the rural farmers having dairy cows and encourage the farmers to invest in milk and meat production.
The project will also create employment of 400 people initially, which will be increased to 2000 gradually over a period of 5(five) years.
In addition there will be employment generation for 200 people as Sub Agents to deal with Deep Frozen Semen supply, cattle feed supply, collection of milk, etc. Thus there will be vibrant economic activities based on livestock in rural areas.

Objective of the Project
- To upgrade the Genetic potentiality of the cows of the country in terms of milk and meat
- To raise the income of small and marginal farmers in remote rural milk producing areas by organizing a system of artificial insemination service and purchase of milk on regular basis after fulfilling farmers domestic requirements.
- To institutionalize the dairy farming and to provide marketing and technical services like Artificial Insemination, Veterinary Clinical services, animal feed, fodder production etc.
- To ensure supply of quality semen for cattle breeding
- To ensure supply of quality animal feed.
- To ensure supply of quality milk in the urban area.
